Location

The property is situated within a predominantly residential suburb on the south-eastern outskirts of Maidstone, approximately 2 miles from the town centre.

The property holds a prominent roadside location on the north-east side of Sutton Road (A274), bounded on both side, and to the rear, by a combination of detached and semi-detached residential properties.

Description
